【TENTIAL × Mishima City, Shizuoka Prefecture】Verification of Sleep Improvement and Its Physical and Mental Effects Through Sleep Enhancement Support Program

Prior to providing conditioning support for Mishima City businesses and residents, we conducted a verification experiment using a sleep improvement support program, initially targeting Mishima City employees. (November-December 2024)
