Sleep Seminar Held for ANA Group Employees

TENTIAL Inc. conducted a sleep seminar for employees of ANA Airport Services Co., Ltd., an ANA Group company, on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.

We have been working with the ANA Group on various initiatives, including the use of our products for ANA Business Jet. Through these interactions, we learned that employees were facing sleep-related challenges due to irregular work schedules, which led to the implementation of our sleep seminar. The seminar was held in a hybrid online/offline format, with a 60-minute session led by our seminar instructor. Based on the issues raised by employees in advance, we discussed effective ways to get sleep during shift work and how to improve the sleep environment. The person in charge commented, "After the seminar, many participants told us that it was interesting and informative, and we believe that it has contributed to the health promotion of our employees. Thank you very much for providing us with this valuable opportunity."
