[TENTIAL x Ohashi Transport x RESM] SELFLAME® Clinical Research to Solve Sleep Issues in the Transportation Industry

Against the backdrop of the "2024 issue," which arises from the restriction of overtime work hours for "automobile driving operations" on or after April 1, 2024, clinical research was conducted on 20 employees of Ohashi Transport under the supervision of Dr. Ryutaro Shirahama, Chairman of RESM, a medical institution specializing in sleep, and a Doctor of Medicine. This research involved measuring sleep-related indicators using actigraphy, collecting melatonin, a sleep hormone, and measuring brain waves in a select few individuals.
